I don't know moneytree, but having read these forums for long enough i would certainly put him in the category of competent, thoughtful and articulate.
Just like the directors of Azz and the scientific team backing them up, they are all competent of their duties. They found/researched and bought into some of the greatest real estate the USA has. (top 10 by all acccounts).
Which is a lot more than i can say for some peoples draining posts.
You might not agree, but if i had 9+ million shares i would want to be pretty damn competent!!!
