Mr Simon Munkara better have evidence that is worthy! It’s too easy to bring about injunctions and stop multi-billion dollar projects.
STO engaged an expert on the matter who found nil cultural significance.
If the claim is rejected by the court, costs should go to Munkara. STO should consider a counterclaim for costs, which may deter further unreasonable claims.
Mr Munkara is using easy access to the court but it all could backfire.
Presumably STO knew of & rejected the evidence from Mr Munkara. I trust the court will do the same.
Frustrating for STO holders but these are the times…
