    By dispose, I recognise that the company holds two interesting positions on this: in one respect it claims to not yet have disposed and that there will be a vote after approval of a sale (making the expenditure on lawyers to try and achieve a nominal sale a little more relevant than "good faith"), on the other it claims to have lost control as a result of its own decision, and it is this decision that I query the ability to make without shareholder approval given it was a de facto disposal based on what has been reported and recognised in the accounts.

    It's interesting looking back on the quarterlies some of the more creative shifts of operating spend in the 2022 quarters, as well as some retrospective rewriting of previous quarters. But on the accounts, and given the implied debt held at that point in time, Morila was looking like it had solvency challenges by March 2022 even if the targets had been hit in the late weeks of June. This of course sits in contrast to the responses to the ASX Aware queries.
