Many feel your pain and betrayal Danger. The Chilean Government through its thuggish henchman stole two thirds of a fair valuation for that project in a normal commercial environment. In effect, LPI took all the risk, did all the work for seven years for Codelco to mug us and leave LPI shareholders with SFA. What pisses me most is the TO price just so happens to be above the performance bonus available to the Board and management. What a joke. When Martin Holland left the company way back, we should have all taken the hint and jumped ship back then. The opportunity cost to most of us has been enormous. But as I have written in the last couple of weeks, the current lithium and other critical minerals malaise does present some bargains to rotate into if one has a medium term investment horizon. I wont be investing in Chile or South America ever again and wont go anywhere near a company with current members of the LPI Board and management. They cannot be trusted.
