Both Friday & today I have noticed that someone puts 10mill buy order on the market @ .002c before open only to cancel just before market opens, the way I see it someone is expecting an announcement (or they are just messing with your head) but also there is money sitting watching on the side lines waiting to see if or when for something to happen.
