Whatever the words, IMEC has obviously suggested, we are not there yet (close).
The words in the website are carefully chosen. NEXT STEPS, clearly more to do. So we are in talks about what IMEC wants to complete them and /or we need a partner to complete them, beyond scope of IMEC.
That would explain the grab for the sales bonus pool, DM (securing a payout) As potential partner requires a significant shareholding, hence the 25%, and effectively control of the company, which may equate to DM’s demise. They will appoint a new CEO
