re: Ann: Full Year Results Announcement and I... colourofmoney excellent post. My views are similar to yours.

Given the belting VPG experienced, how possible could it have been much better. I agree that they have turned the corner Iand i am also well position to benefit fromt his long recovery.

Having read every post every day on this forum for the 6-12 months I observed I common view - that being it will take a few years for VPG to really recover and most investors were prepared to sit and wait it out.

Today, it appears everyone is running for the lifeboats. were you really expecting dividends to return? Remember the loss is an unrealised event. It is simply a valuation against properties that are not being sold. Your house has probably also devalued in the last 12 months. If the amount of devaluation on your house is greater than your income you too have made a loss. But remember you haven't and will not be selling your house. So next year the artificial loss is erased and in time it turns into a profit.

My only issue is the expirying debt of $200M in sept 2011. I will feel better once this is extended.

I hold just several million shares and will continue to accumilate. This will be a multibagger just need time.

    Fortune rewards the brave.
