You hit the nail on the head many people see this pristine forest whereas when I looked it was a partially industrialised port and across the way they offload petroleum if my vantage point was correct. It had smoke in the air and the water looked less than clear blue Boag lager style to me.

When I looked it looked a logical location there are parts of Tasmania that look downright ex industrial and dirty. Why was Queenstown allowed to be mined like that but it looks like Gunns copped it for everyone.
