I got a call from LTR today which I was surprised at receiving. After asking about the call a little bit more, they said they are a communications department that work for Computershare that have been engaged by Liontown to make some calls on their behalf.

I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of the call was but the lady on the end started off with a few points from the quarterly:
    • clear line of sight to first production mid-2024
    • fully funded to production and beyond
    • looking to participate in downstream value-adding

Next she asked if I was going to participate in the SPP and had let her know I will be buying on market as well as putting some funds (not all) to the SPP
She also asked if I was happy how the board was performing and whether I had any feedback being satisfied, neutral or unsatisfied.

IMO the board have done an superb job thus far and my only feedback at this stage is they do what they have told the shareholders are going to do and that is to take this into production and beyond to create shareholder value.
I also explained the share price drop, although not at the fault of the board, potentially could have been handled better with the CR however, I am not in the rooms where the decisions are made and would not be in the position to call this out where there are bigger corporate games are at play with Gina and ALB.
I would love more transparency but wouldn't we all so I really have to trust what the board are doing for us shareholders otherwise we could have jumped off by now.

There's no real 'point' to my post but just wanted to share this information with the rest of the holders as well as what LTR are doing with getting more engagement from us so we know they also have their ears to the ground.
