5.5 div similar to banks except GPT has no franking.
i am thinking about selling out now at tiny profit as am looking for funds for another op. i would rather reallocate than add new money as i am unsure of overall market
i am not sure the SP can go up much further, with div of under 5.5%
but on the other hand still trading under NTA of $3.45 and as they say 'let profits run'
