Nathan, i agree that in the short term NTU could return a larger % than ARU if things go to plan. Their relatively small capital structure is one of the keys to a good return. This is exactly what we are seeing with LYC v's ARU. Their respective shares on issue will dictate the long term return...and that is why i am ultimately invested 100% in ARU.
I also invested in the much less liquid but longer dated NTUOs
