I do use charts to get a rough idea of expected price as a test for my assumptions -and to set targets for a trade. for example If I assume WBt is starting a new uptrend at this point due to the recent announcements then what would that look like? - Now the chart doesn't show this - that channel is not formed yet as needs another high and low....but is that target reasonable? I would say yes for two reasons - one is that it is currently showing that rate of climb (untested) and two the last breakout from trend shows such a move in both angle and length has happened before in this stock. So I'll have a punt at $6.37.
