They have an 8kt off-take with Tesla. They need to ramp up to an 8kt run rate to fill this order first. Who takes the other 3.25kt is unknown. Tesla might take it at spot or once they make the FID on the 45kt expansion and sign other off-takes, they may take it. They have 12 months to decide.
