Also there is another element that may not be known generally.
Within races(subclass culture) there is also a class structure within many non European ethnic groups.
This is as insidious and destructive as any blatant racism.
But culturally it is accepted. This is subtle and cloaked and not obvious to any but within the culture or an expert on that culture.
