lads, they already have the approval to issue shares up to 25% without shareholder approval. That means they could do it before the AGM if they needed to. That resolution just maintains the status quo.
what's funny is that this dilution risk was probably there when you both bought shares (unless you bought like 3+ years ago?). You're effectively now expressing "I didn't know about this and now I'm worried about it"...
