We already have 2 insiders currently in the T20, Dr T & Marinella, plus Cullity an until recently also insider, making 3.

Phil has 2,000,000 options strike $2.65, exp 11/25. So does Dr.T
Mary has 23,400 shares plus 110,392 options strike $3.32 exp 3/28 plus another 139,516 to be voted on at the AGM
Pete has 440,019 options to be voted on at the AGM

A bunch of staff incl Michelle Rashford (CMO), David Kelso, Ben Buckley, Michelle Huh, Dan Levy also have options are various strikes & expiry dates. (see the Annual Report for details)

And Prof Borje Anderson has a bunch of performance rights & options as well.

So with respect @EWexplorer , the board and management already have plenty of skin in the game and thereby movitation to help RACE succeed. They all already have more shares or options (potential shares) that most shareholders !

And before anyone says (....yet again) 'but oh but they didn't put their own money up', that also is a furphy, as these options were either granted as part of their remuneration package or as performance awards. Anyone familiar with how companies remunerate, especially speculative companies like Race, know this is the only way to attract & keep talented people. This point has already been discussed as infinitum.

By the way Danny Sharp & David Fullers options were cancelled when they resigned as not vested

Lastly, as shareholders, at the AGM we can vote against the remuneration report and directions options if you disagree with them being awarded.
