Im not sure the Canadian Government would be so fond of an idea of receiving a pittence remuneration in lieu of one of their largest resources and maiden producers taking a large step in its downstream capabilities in order for a big headed American banking has been who has got it wrong not once but twice and most importantly in his own backyard.
