I have this theory that the majors know they will have a price war between then to by anteris. So they will pay tip dollar. But because they know the price war will occur, they are all willing to wait for anteris to do the heavy lifting and reduce their risk before lobbing a bid. Classic game theory where they know cheating first will get them sprung.
