Like many phase 1 oncological trials, they'd be in all likelihood doing serial imaging in these patients. It is possible to change status depending on the changes in tumour burden in the course of the trial. Assuming they continually receive treatment and undergo serial imaging it would be possible to change the RECIST classification from SD to PR in some patients. SD is pretty broad in definition - tumour change -30% (shrinkage) up to +20% (growth). PR is defined as being between -100% and -30%. CR is -100%
