Never once since my investment with Sayona have I been so disappointed, angry and distrusted with management.
I have no choice but to express my frustration by voting “AGAINST” all five of the resolutions.
As a long term investor of Sayona, I wanted to support their strategy moving the company forward, but unfortunately I have yet to see any evidence.
Furthermore with KP going around dangling a carrot and bragging about the LOM fault narrative, money printing contract to their investors, but yet Sayona kept in silence, has tested my patience for too long.
The BODs are not telling us something, I want transparency and progress, and they must go!!!
(Note. I have nothing against Guy or the Quebec team, but unfortunately BJ and AB are pulling the strings)
