staff pay rises … what staff? Radiologist pay has not changed in 2 years. Radiogrpaher pay rises were at CPI. So what pay rises? Seems a bit suss to blame staff costs without specifying what or how? Management pay has however increased above CPI as have STI and LTI awards. Are they saying management /admin costs are driving down profitability… there’s an easy solution to that….
