    There is a confusion on what the 9 Nov deadline is for. This deadline is very short for those who only received the Computershare email with the codes to initiate DTC transfer yesterday (2 days before the deadline), especially for those who have no relationship with Westpac Global Trading (to go through they paper application process)!!!
    so what happens after 9 Nov?
