Director Kupper has had years to turn company around. He is getting very good "performance" bonus. Yet have seen nothing but a falling SP since he took over. All bonuses (plus the ones that havent vested) should be cancelled till the SP is back to where it was when he took over. Alternatively its probably time for a new team (or get the old CEO back).
