The approval letter was dated at about 9am and the market was informed at about 11am. The site was updated that day in the US.

If that's the case, all this will happen overnight for ACL. RDY trades in the US and it will be market sensitive for them, so I think they will need to go into a TH or announce as soon as notified. They won't be able to sit on it until ACL announces.

I presume ACL's announcement has already been written ready to fire off to ASX! They may have a TH at the start of trade to give the market time to digest and to emphasise the importance.
