I have just purchased at 3c.
49% J/V Partner with GRE next door to AVS.
GRE have gone from a 52W low of 7c to 52W high of 85C today.
I do not care about the 1.8c CR I reckon ARV is going to go substantially higher.
I do not hold all the baggage from past years but I can understand the bitterness long standing holders may have.
