I think it’s fair to assume that a director of that calibre would have done their due diligence on the Company. Most rational people will view this as a vote of confidence that the Board has taken (and continues to take) the right steps this year - clearly the share price agrees.But I’ll wait for the fraud-apologist naysayers to add the negative spin…
