The company says it wont be doing any placement at these levels..yet, what company would pay more than $2 /$2.50..the price hasnt gone from $4.70 to $1.63 and settled on $2 because the jorc exceeded all expectations.If they want the 150 mil/200 mil to build the plant,they better hope there is more than 1 interested party..
