JB im always suspicious of new posters who only post on one company so here is how it is with UNS.

All shares granted under the performance plans are approved by shareholders. I was certainly there when this one went thru and was probably the only one who was prepared to speak for the motion.

It goes like this!!!!

they hit every milestone for two years prior to the vote, the share price at the time was bouncing around 20-30c. My view is the execs have made money and i have made a whole lot more with my investment raising from 20c to as high as $1.70.

Yes wet your pants we are back at $1 but no large space object has struck the 165000sq foot factory and Sanofi still use 850m units of the product we are going to produce and funny enough they gave us $50m to do it!!!!! Does that mean they will order them....Wet your pants.. no we are all going to starve!!! A more logical assumption is they probably will.

So next time the vote comes up Ill vote yes for more shares for Alan and the performance plan, if they hit the current set Ill be rich !!! If they hit the next set at $3 or higher I'll be on permanent holidays...

Better to have them all striving to make our shares grow in value than run off with huge cash salaries and bonuses. Either way when the next vote comes you get your say and u get mine by show of hands. Lets see who has the vote!!!!
