mmhmm that's what I'm worried about. A lot of shareholders are being influenced into voting no and are easily influenced because there's so much anger (rightly so) and it's a tricky one because there isn't any pathway laid out by the BOD so how can we trust them.
But.. how much can kicking these blokes out actually hurt the company. GT has laid out a lot of negatives but there seems to be no regard our thought about what actually happens.
Don't get me wrong, I'm as angry as anyone at the way the boardis handling itself. Just trying to provide an alternate view.
