once again making excuses for them. How do you know it was the developers who took so long for the project to be ready. If u go back through these posts you’ll see on the 7/7 Timboc post sites works done ready for slab. Aren’t fbr doing the slab, so maybe it was them who’s been dragging there feet not the developer.
The reason u don’t get any comms about this new build is because then ppl will actually be able to see for themselves that they can’t do the brickwork in a day. A lot of the times they state how many hrs the machine was working for to finish the house, so something along the lines of 24hrs laying time yet the machine has been onsite for 3 days they just don’t include the setup and pack adjustment etc etc.

So they have a working product the 110 is meant to be nearly finished then there heading overseas next yr, everything that is going on u wouldn’t think you’d have those to big sell off days which have just happened. Over 40m shares traded in 2 days, nearly consecutive days aswell, has that ever happened before. The finish line is nearly in site yet a large shareholder wants out, something not adding up. Probably more delays.
