WHY IS IMU SO SUCCESSFUL?

I stated yesterday that I would share a few more of my thoughts on the latest releases and yesterday’s webinar. This is probably not necessary right now, as they have actually been covered by a number of excellent posters, and you know who they are.

Down the track I will try to pull together a point-by-point list, keeping it simple, because not everyone has hours to spend reading through the many pearls of wisdom that appear on these threads.

Side note: Many have stated how impressed they were with Paul Woodard (our CMO) during the webinar with LC. Why wouldn’t you be? This is the doctor who was Genentech’s global development team leader for atezolizumab (Tecentriq) in hematologic malignancies, and perhaps more importantly, a key player in their work with solid tumours. His track record in oncology is truly impressive. The IMU scientific team are world leaders! Our CMO is ‘a gun’!

Everyone should acquaint themselves with the whole team, not just Yuman Fong. The gathering together of this team may well be Leslie’s greatest achievement, other than convincing Paul Hopper to swing the CF33 suite into the IMU stable of course.

We owe everything we are now seeing, to this amazing team of scientists, and the way Leslie keeps a massive range of trial ticking along. This is no ordinary bio-tech, it is something special. I know many here are a little disenchanted with Paul Hopper at the moment. I understand your frustrations to a point, but without his vision, determination and unwavering support of LC and her team, we certainly would not be on the verge of the greatest medical breakthrough of all time. @Rainman56 has also mentioned this point, so well done.
