No the following is the scenario Im seeing

- tool probe was set and a pretest performed which indicated decent mobility
- pump out sub was cranked up and CGA indicated fluid clean up with gas and condensate flowing past the analyzer.
- differential sticking of the cable noted (most likely while winchman was yo-yoing the cable while the tool was set on station)
- decision made to abandon the run and pull out of hole with the tool
- TLC operations commenced.
