I should clarify - all of this analysis is just me suggesting on the balance of probabilities what may be happening. I'm not saying that it's a sure thing.
Also, 'balance of probabilities' still means there's a decent chance that I'm either entirely wrong or wrong in part.
Don't want to lead anyone astray.
Also - even in the scenario where i'm 'right' and we end up with the tenements - maybe they won't be as prospective as we would hope (Fogs hasn't been particularly spectacular - for example).
