well I agree with the first three but ....the last 2 are questionavle :
    "Weapons manufacturing facilities.
Agreements with partners/countries that are willing to trade food and energy for additional weapons."

weapons have been a big problem for russsia ...hence the NK deal and the buy backs from India - buybacks , not barter for oil .....haven't seen any payment in oil so far for weapons , has all been cash as far as I'm aware but if you have some support .....?

weapons - mostly require many modules and components NOT produced in russia and difficult to source - certainly has been some cheating on saznctions which Europe and US are trying to stamp out , adding more sanctioned comapnies in several countries found to be supplying russia .

And russian supply of weponry and equipment has not met demand - we see shells fired drop dramatically and number of aircraft , helicopters and ships depleted hugely .
Missiles have been in short supply latelty and saved for winter attacks on Ukrinian energy infrastructure .

Not many countries at all willing to suply weapons ....if you know more than 2 you tell me .

there is no doubt that russia are not anywhere near the strength that they enterred this war with their reserves of almost everything lower or gone , particularly in the quality items - plenty of tanks still for instance, but crap !

How long will the monbey last for russia ?
Rouble extremely low and interest rates are high showing russia under great financuial stress .

these are the important bits you left out .....some balance ....as a "neutral I'm sure you'll appreciate that !
