Iranian drones HAVE been very useful ....but cost cash not oil and russia have a problem with paying cash .
N Korea is a tiny country and they aren't going to continue to give up what may leave them weakened compared to S Korea so fairly much a one-off and only solves the ammo shortage for about 2 or 3 months . .
the fact is russia are severely depleted in major weaponry , ammo and in standard weaponry and manufactured supply is not enough to cover use/losses with no obvious solution to that problem .....so , no , for those reasons ....those 2 countries are far from solving russias weapons dilemma.
