not all oil reserves are equal, need to look at field life, dollars to keep extracting the reserves via multiple wells, whether the type of oil sells at a premium or at a discount
AMU reserves are over small wells. you would note that despite the production profile they are not able to pay off debt that fast. I think pricing their reserves at $30 dollars a barrel is wishful thinking, you have BPT, TAP and PPP trading at market caps that price their barrels at 8-10 dollars. Recent takeover (dana) executed at 15$ per reserve barrel.
If you use above figures you will get a price higher than todays price but not 50-60 cents. I think mid 30s is a fair level
I do think its worth more than the shareprice however so are a few oil stocks at present.
