Andrew & Volt,
I had not paid much attention to the RBS short term target for October on there charts. Failed on the neckline I see. I am looking for lows in September and loading long for a run into Feb/Mar 2011. I am looking for a mid term pres cycle low in September and a buy for at least the first quarter 2011.
