The facts are the instos weren't involved, and Nuttee asked if anyone were able to solve this puzzle, the case of the missing instos. It was just a simple Sherlock Holmes riddle and the answer is really simple. The instos wanted a bigger discount than what Mark wanted to give them, and they were looking to bigger profits elsewhere in arms production.
