I think we'll see a bit of a churn for a few days whilst the market digests the additional 43m shares issued to ESS holders. Also, I don't know how much, but within the 43m was a chunk of ineligible offshore holders whose parcels are sold by the brokers and receive cash instead of DVP shares. Brokers will be keeping the price down to clear those.
