Didnt we have a royal commission on banks where the findings were a conflict of interest between offering products and giving financial advice. The ASX profits from trades but is one of the regulators monitoring trade fluctuations and irregularities. What is the difference. I must be missing something. When the Lynas board received our "please explain" on the Maysian ruling day they would have to be forgiven if they pondered why should the ASX actually care.
