Can you believe that there is a country that has a proven finite resource that has the highest percentages of helium in the world, that has undergone due diligence from the DFC, SAB and others but still succumbs to the fear of Albie Cillers and co.
Yes there have been delays, as there have been at Amur, BLM, Texas etc.
