Looking at this on a weekly view because it's a bit noisy on lower timeframes.

So far it has blown through all overhead resistance without taking a break. We're up against some more at open today and going back to test 10c at least would be helpful for consistent progression, but continuing up wouldn't surprise me going off ATH weekly volume with a full trading day to go.

Look for .140 for signs of exhaustion if it makes it that far. Fib levels from ATH down to the low on there for reference over the course of the run as/if/when it runs to higher levels.

If you're a fan of elliot waves, this impulse would be considered wave one. Hypothetically, if we made it to .140 before it takes a rest to start corrective wave 2, .10 would be a very bullish technical position to start the strongest impulse, wave 3. Very (bullish) hypothetical scenario below:



This week's volume and price action lends to the argument that the bottom is in at 3.9c and an uptrend has commenced.
