they are really mainly industrial land developers in partnership with Goodman and percentage of their profits comes from SOL cross ownership. the building materials division is inconsequential.
is the ASX classification as Materials wrong?
makes about as much sense as SOL being classified as Energy?
if l hear an advisor mention bricks l don't pay a lot of attention to be honest.
me I want a poster on my wall of Millner. together they are a large "LIC type thing" that actually beats the index
