But confidence levels are certainly low, I know fundamentally nothing has changed but when you think about it there is 1 thing which has changed - time, as time goes on it looks less and less likely something will happen.
I've just come to the conclusion that ME has nothing at the moment and we will have to pay the $5,000,000.00.
I really hope I'm wrong but that's what the signs are pointing to.
