Its crazy that Biden / USA made NENY a critical battery hub only a few weeks ago. Surely they would've done their due diligence to the solvency of the key stake holders.
The only thing I can guess here is that CV4 and co want MNS out of the picture and will let them default with a US entity in the wings to take over.
