Chm has paid funder $6 million so far.......Termination fee as in judgement is....All legal costs plus $9 million...Legal costs I belive to be so far around $6.5 million.....therfore chm need to pay a total of about $15.5 million.....this, less the $6 mill already paid leaves chm (Or more correctly the receiver) to find a further $9.5 mill to pay out the funder...Where is that coming from.???....6.5 from cfe...shortfall.???
