what about the russ - you don't think they are exhausted and their wepons running low - thye are !
More than half of their attack helicopter fleet is destroyed .
all the ships , planes and helicopters Ukraine has taken out of action reduces the pressure on themselves .
Pushing the russian fleet back from Crimea , forcing the helo's and planes further and further east has had major operational advantage for Ukraine .
And opening up that sea lane in the Black Sea to allow grin ships to trade despite putins threats - a major acheivement .
US funding ....well , we'll let that play out because that isn't decided at all yet with the senate + POTUS at odds with congress .
A compromise will need to be reached at some point .
