Another thing about all this. Last vote should have been taken seriously by the existing BOD, but instead of trying to be better at communication, or having James to present something to us ( dead quiet till recently)... this past vote didn't bring any change from them. They just getting more sneaky to get more vote, by spending time calling as many holder as possible...this time should have been spend doing better communication instead. So this in turn will see the SP hurt even more, why? well it give even more reason to not trust them, it bring more certainty that they don't care. No point havng a great company with a BOD that...don't care about their share holder. The last vote should have been a wake up call to them...but they just don't care.....and investor can see this, hence an even faster drop in the SP....
All imo...just how I personally feel about it.
