There is only one way to reshape a company is to change the Culture. Culture does not change when old mates are hanging around the corridor doors.
Those old mates works on one simple principle that is Unstablise the new comer(CEO or MD).
I don;t think corporate culture will change at ISF as long as some of old liabilities are hanging around end of the corridor.
