CFE deal involved share placement and $6.5 million which strangely enough totalled about $9 million.
Early termination fee $9 million.
You guys are getting mixed up between an administrator and receiver.
Receiver there to protect interests of chargor and if you read the judges decision that is the early termination fee.
Receiver will go once I am guessing funder tells CHM how much the costs were. ie have they spent the $6 million already received.
CHM then has partner who will want to see judgement come through and not funder who wanted to cut a deal and run.
